Japan cm of the week - Docomo Ascend

This commercial for Docomo's new LTE android phone the Huawei Ascend shows two things.

One is that Huawei is making a huge push in Japan, with commercials for their phones and portable wifi dongles flooding the TV lately.

The second is that Kiko Mizuhara (水原希子) looks good in anything she does. For more fun here's her in the TOWA TEI video for the Burning Pain, where she sings a bit.

The phone they're showing here went on sale last week. It's running android 4.0 on a dual-core 1.5GHz phone with a 4.5"720p screen, and 8 gig of memory. So not a speed demon but not bad, and it supposedly has fast-on 5 second boot time (which would be a hell of a feat) and a good 13 megapixel camera. Could be a decent buy if the battery life is good.
