Six Days in Okinawa 1 (GXR A16)

So how are you spending your post end of the world? Ok, I guess after a statement like that my response is going to brand me as a crazy person. I decided this winter to get away from the Tokyo/Chiba rush, and more importantly the cold, for warmer southern climes.

So I'm in Okinawa now. Not fleeing from Armageddon... tho don't get me wrong, if the world had ended yesterday I wouldn't have minded that my final meals included some good Mexican food (which they have in abundance here) and a good burger (ditto on American food, too).

I'll write more later when I have access to my computer at home, but for now I just wanted to say hi to everyone. Yes, I and the rest of the world are all still here... Unless it did in fact all come to an end and this is now a fever dream before the zombie rage virus takes over...

Ok, enough of that crazy talk. Enjoy your holidays.

Oh, and I hope you like this cute pic I took along the walls of Shuri Castle in Naha, warming visitors of the highly poisonous habu snakes living in the area. Because nothing says beware quite like a friendly looking cartoon.
