This is a video clip of a strange guy wearing work clothes at the Fukushima plant. He points at the screen from a distance, and reads something for around 20 min, then comes closer to point again at the camera.
All this, of course, in an area with (most likely) heavy levels of radiation around him. As the Tepco official states, he seems to be a nuclear plant worker, but as he doesn't have any name tags on it's probably impossible to tell who he is.
OK, um, that's kinda scary.
Tho I have to applaud Morning Bird for airing this strange video.
