Japan cm of the week - Chiaki Kuriyama + Puyo!

This masterpiece of advertising is a little game brought to you by Sega for the puzzle game Puyopuyo Quest!!

What could've been just your average game app ad is made way more interesting by a little random Chiaki Kuriyama (栗山千明), you may know from such hits as Kill Bill and Battle Royale, but after her spring to fame with those two big roles lately she does more odd/quirky stuff on Japanese TV and also does a lot of funny ads like this one. It's nice to see she's willing to stretch herself a bit out of character and is more than willing to play goofy.

If you happen to be interested in downloading the game, you can find links to get it on Sega's homepage: Puyopuyo Quest!! I'm not sure if it's available in every region, but it looks like it could be fun. I liked the original Puyo way back in the day a lot myself, but here they've seemed to jump on the puzzle quest bandwagon a bit.
