GXR firmware update is out!
Ricoh has just released yet another function enhancing firmware update for the GXR camera system, a camera anyone who's spent more than 3 seconds on my blog knows I love and take with me everywhere.
Get the download direct from Ricoh. The new update (version 1.51) improves a few things with the M mount A12 unit, and image quality when taking pics with negative exposure compensation and multi-p auto white balance. I always shoot manually, but since I do use the multi-p wb some it may help me as well.
Anyway, I can't complain at all, seeing as how Ricoh continues to show support with more features and enhancements for the GXR (which came out in December of 2009!). Ricoh is a company that loves their customers, period, and loves photography.
I also have to give a shout out to dpreview for noticing the firmware was available. Great camera site if you haven't been there before.
Oh, and the pic? It's a shot of the Yodobashi Camera store (and some surly looking guys), near Shinjuku Station.
