It is exactly one year since the quake hit.

Where were you then, and where are you now?

What did you do in the minutes after the quake? What could you have done? What could others have done differently? What will you do next time?

When time comes to act, will you? Can you? Can you depend on the people around you? Can you save them? Will they be able to save you?

What have you learned this year? How have you changed? Have you changed the people around you?

Without change, nothing improves. But change takes effort, patience, and will. Do you have that will? Or are you merely going along with the flow of events around you?
