Went for a little hike today. I walked around Ebisu, then headed north to Roppongi, and went up Roppongi Hills for the first time since it was just built. Man, I love the view from the top. Here I got a pic of Tokyo Tower on the right and the Sky Tree on the left.
This second pic is the view west just as the sun was going down a bit. I think I got a nice effect here with the sun blocked mostly by the clouds.
And you can even see way in the distance the highlands near Mt Fuji, as was pointed out to me and everyone around by a 20-something woman asking her preoccupied boyfriend, "Is that a mountain? Is it?" Yes, it is.
