This commercial for the summer jumbo lotto in Japan has been running for a few weeks, and is IMO the most annoying thing I've ever seen. Watch it and you'll cry tears of blood. See it come on 3 times during the same half hour program and you'll want to bang your head against a nail sticking out of the wall.
BTW the actor there is Toshiyuki Nishida, possibly the most obnoxiously over-exposed, under-talented actor in Japan.
OK, maybe he was good in his older films, or the Tsuribaka Nisshi series, but lately he mostly appears as an important minor role on cop dramas to ruin any tension the series has built up to that point.
