It's a commercial for their sarasara powder sheet, kinda like a tissue that's designed to suck up sweat and clean you off.
The product itself isn't a bad idea. Heck, I could definitely see someone packing them all the time just in case. They could be really nice to have around for when you're planning on working out, but might not have time to take a shower afterwards. In all honesty I wouldn't mind having them after walking to work, just to wipe my pits down. Fine.
But the ads they put on in Japan (click here to watch one), show a girl getting up in the morning, covered in sweat. She reaches up, grabs one of the biore sheets, and goes to town. And the next shot is of her happily talking to friends (or heading off to work or wherever, depending on the cm), clean and spiffy looking.
OK, fine, but wouldn't it be a lot easier to... um, I don't know... take a shower?
